Honestly I’m really uneasy right now… But I have 2 and a half more finals to take tomorrow AND write a paper that’s due tomorrow night so I really need my fucking sleep and I can’t. >:(

Another basic meal to show you how easy it is to have a raw lunch: just chop up your fave veggies and add a yummy dressing. Normally I would add some seeds for crunch but I’ve got enough healthy fats in my dressing. I’ll eat the persimmons first and then smash the salad which has baby spinach, raddicho, carrots, beets, cucumber, tomato, radish & coriander, all covered in a deliciously creamy walnut mayo😋 Don’t forget to drink 30 mins before or after your meal for optimum digestion x
